Return and Refunds

Thank you for your interest in our return and refund policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return and refund within 10 days of delivery.

Before initiating a return, we kindly ask that you contact us via our company email and provide us with the reason for the return. Additionally, please send us a picture of the product in question so that we can assess the condition of the item.

Please note that we only accept returns on items that are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Once we receive your return request and have confirmed the eligibility of the item, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.

Once we receive the returned item and have verified its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
